General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between GeekCollector and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website https://www.geekcollector.be. The acquisition of a product through this website implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order.

Before any transaction, the buyer declares, on the one hand, that the purchase of products on the website is unrelated to their professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use, and, on the other hand, that they have full legal capacity to be bound by these general terms and conditions of sale.

The company DGS Informatique - GeekCollector retains the possibility of modifying these terms of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulation or to improve the use of its website. Consequently, the applicable terms will be those in force on the date of the buyer's order.

The products offered are those listed on the website, subject to availability. The company DGS Informatique - GeekCollector reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.

Each product is presented on the website with a description covering its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not bind the Seller in any way (photo not contractually binding).

The sale of the products presented is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory. Regarding Funko Pop figures, some boxes may be slightly damaged upon receipt into stock, which is beyond our control.

The prices shown on the product pages of the online catalog are in Euros (€), VAT included. The company DGS Informatique - GeekCollector reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the products purchased. A single shipping fee applies in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, depending on the delivery method chosen (Mondial Relay).

For any order over 200 euros, shipping costs are free, except for parcels whose total weight exceeds 1 kg.

Secure payment by PayPal or bank card (via the PayPal system). The buyer selects the products they wish to order in the "cart", modifies them if needed (quantities, references...), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. The shipping costs are then calculated and shown to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier.

The customer is asked to read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale by ticking the corresponding box. The next step allows them to check all the information and then invites them to confirm their order by choosing their preferred payment method. Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure PayPal interface to safely enter their PayPal account details or personal card details. If the payment is accepted, the order is recorded and the contract definitively formed.

Payment by PayPal account or bank card is irrevocable. In the event of fraudulent use, the buyer may demand cancellation of the payment, and the sums paid will then be credited back or refunded. The cardholder's liability is not engaged if the disputed payment is proven to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of their card.

To obtain a refund of the fraudulent debit, the cardholder must dispute the charge in writing with their bank within 70 days of the transaction, or even 120 days if the contract provides for it. The amounts debited are refunded by the bank within a maximum period of one month after receipt of the written dispute.

Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgment of having fully read them, and waiver of the right to invoke one's own purchase conditions. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction.

Any order deemed abusive (e.g., an excessively large quantity ordered for the same reference) will be cancelled and refunded.

Any European (EU) buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the day after the delivery of their purchase. The consumer's right of withdrawal is subject to the conditions of Articles 46 and 47 of the Act of 6 April 2010 on market practices and consumer protection.

Any exercise of the right of withdrawal must first be reported to the company DGS Informatique – GeekCollector. No justification will be required. To send us your withdrawal notice:

The user has a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days to return one or all of the items ordered to us. The shipping costs for the return parcel are borne by the buyer, except in the case of a non-conforming product or an error in the references delivered. In that case, our customer service will send you a prepaid label.

If you cancel your order, we will refund you the full amount paid, as well as the standard shipping costs. If you chose express shipping, this delivery method will not be refunded.

We may deduct from the refund a compensation for the depreciation resulting from any handling carried out by you that was not necessary. Most of the products offered on our website are collectible items: damaging the box, breaking its seal, opening a blister... result in a loss of value of this collectible item.

The refund will be made as quickly as possible after receipt and inspection of the returned order, to your payment card, PayPal account or by bank transfer. No fees will be charged to you for the refund. The shipping costs for returning the goods are your responsibility.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographic area. Orders are shipped via Mondial Relay to the pickup point of your choice: you have 8 days to collect your parcel. After this period, your parcel will be returned and no refund may be requested. If the customer wishes to have the parcel reshipped, the actual shipping costs, which may be higher than the initial shipping contribution, are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery times are given for information purposes only and correspond to the usual average processing, shipping and transit times for products destined for Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The company DGS Informatique - GeekCollector cannot under any circumstances be held liable for a delivery delay or the consequences of such a delay, whatever the cause.

If delivery times exceed thirty days from the order date, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. The company may provide the buyer with the tracking number of their parcel by e-mail.

Risks related to transport are borne by the buyer from the moment the items leave the company's premises. The buyer must check, in the presence of the Mondial Relay representative, the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods upon delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any complaint must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

All items sold by the GeekCollector online store benefit from a 2-year legal warranty. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the company DGS Informatique - GeekCollector, which will take it back, exchange it or refund it.

All complaints, exchange or refund requests must be made by e-mail to sales@geekcollector.be, within fourteen days of delivery.

The company DGS Informatique - GeekCollector, in the distance selling process, is bound only by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other unintentional issues.

All elements of the website shop.geekcollector.be are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company DGS Informatique - GeekCollector. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit or use, in any capacity whatsoever, even partially, elements of the website, whether in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text.

The company DGS Informatique - GeekCollector undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer that they may be required to transmit for the use of certain services.

The company undertakes not to disclose your details to third parties, with the exception of third parties involved in the execution of your order (carriers, banking services). In the exceptional case of non-payment or fraud involving means of payment, the company reserves the right to disclose all necessary data to the police services or competent courts.

In accordance with the law, you may request access to, modification of, or deletion of your data by contacting us from your account.

These distance selling terms of sale are governed by Belgian law.
